Here is the flag (proposal) of the municipality of Dlouhá Lhota in the South Moravian region (okres Blansko) in Czechia. Design: Miroslav J.V. Pavlů, and published on the municipal site.
Flag: three vertical stripes of red and blue, proportioned 1:2:1; the red stripe with three white triangles in a vertical row; on blue a yellow chalice.
