Flag of Visoko

The symbols of Visoko are prescribed by Decision Odluka o opisu i uporabi grba i zastave Općine Visoko, adopted on 18 May 2004 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 22 May 2004 in the County official gazette Službeni vjesnik Varaždinske županije, No. 15A.
The symbols are described in the Municipality Statutes Statut Općine Visoko, adopted on 18 January 2006 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 19 January 2006 in Službeni vjesnik Varaždinske županije, No. 1.
The current Statutes Statut Općine Visoko, adopted on 17 July 2009 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 31 July 2009 in Službeni vjesnik Varaždinske županije, No. 25, repeat the description of the symbols.

The flag is in proportions 1:2, blue with the coat of arms in the middle.
In the Municipality Statutes, the flag is described to have proportions 1:3, which is, most probably, a typo.

The coat of arms of Visoko is "Or a blackbird holding in the beak two plums all proper standing on a mount vert".
The plums refer to the local petty nobility status granted to the local inhabitants in the 12th century, nicknamed plum-growers (ljivari).
